What is TQRFlow

TQRFlow · Platform introduction

What is TQRFlow

A managed platform for AI-powered business workflows.

TQRFlow helps businesses put AI to work through ready-to-use, customizable workflows. It brings business processes, connected data, and AI capabilities into a managed platform where organizations can control how AI is deployed across internal operations and customer-facing activities.

Businesses do not need to build their own AI infrastructure or develop deep AI expertise to get started. They can adopt an existing workflow template, adapt it to their needs, and introduce AI at the stages where it provides practical value.

One platform · Many processes

One platform for many kinds of work

A customer enquiry, an email, an online order, a shipment update, a financial record, or a market development can all initiate a workflow.

Each workflow consists of stages that receive information, apply rules, transform data, coordinate tasks, or produce an outcome. One or more of those stages can use AI to interpret content, extract information, summarize findings, classify requests, analyze patterns, or recommend a next action.

Other stages can follow predefined business rules or involve people. This allows businesses to combine AI judgment, conventional automation, and human oversight within the same process.

Messaging, orders, financial records, and market signals enter a managed TQRFlow workflow with business rules, AI transformation and analysis, human review when required, and business outcomes.

For example, a workflow could:

  1. 01 · INPUTReceive an enquiry
  2. 02 · AIIdentify its purpose with AI
  3. 03 · CONTEXTRetrieve relevant information
  4. 04 · RESPONSEPrepare a response
  5. 05 · REVIEWRoute it for review
  6. 06 · OUTCOMERecord the outcome

The same approach can extend to messaging, email, e-commerce, logistics, financial operations, market intelligence, and other processes involving connected structured data or business content.

Ready to use · Ready to adapt

Templates turn capability into something businesses can use

TQRFlow packages workflows into templates that businesses can use as-is or customize.

A template gives a business a defined starting point: what information enters the workflow, what happens at each stage, where AI is applied, and what outcomes the workflow is intended to produce.

Instead of assembling individual AI tools and integrations from scratch, a business can begin with a workflow designed around a recognizable task. It can then adapt the process to its own operating requirements.

Illustrative applications include:

Business areaWorkflow possibilities
Customer communicationCategorize enquiries, coordinate responses, assign ownership, and manage follow-ups
Email processingExtract relevant information, identify required actions, and route work
E-commerce and logisticsCoordinate order enquiries, shipment updates, exceptions, and customer notifications
Financial operationsExtract and classify records, flag exceptions, and prepare information for review
Market intelligenceMonitor selected sources, analyze developments, and turn findings into reports or follow-up tasks

Managed autonomy

Controlled autonomy, with clear business boundaries

TQRFlow provides a controlled and managed environment for agentic AI.

AI can perform designated tasks within a workflow, but its role is defined by the process in which it operates. The workflow establishes the sequence of work, the information involved, and the boundaries within which AI contributes.

This gives businesses a practical way to decide where AI should act, where predefined rules should apply, and where human judgment remains necessary.

The value is not simply greater automation. It is the ability to deploy AI in a way that remains understandable and manageable as its use expands across the organization.

Built into the foundation

Privacy and security are part of the workflow foundation

TQRFlow’s approach incorporates predefined privacy and security requirements into the platform and its workflow templates.

Businesses begin within an established framework rather than having to design every safeguard themselves. Customization takes place within that managed environment, helping organizations maintain control over how business information is used throughout a process.

This is particularly valuable when workflows cross team boundaries, interact with customers or partners, or involve information that requires careful handling.

Choose your environment

Cloud or local enterprise deployment

Businesses can use TQRFlow’s cloud platform, while enterprises can also deploy TQRFlow locally within their own infrastructure. This gives organizations the option to host the platform internally to meet their data governance, security, and operational requirements.

Two deployment choices: TQRFlow cloud hosted by TQRFlow, or local enterprise deployment hosted within the enterprise infrastructure, with governed workflows in either environment.

Share useful solutions

A shared ecosystem with reviewed contributions

Each tenant can adopt ready-to-use templates and develop customized workflows for its own needs.

Tenants can also submit customized templates for public use. These contributions undergo review and require approval from TQRFlow’s security team before being made available to other tenants.

This creates a path for useful business solutions to be shared through a managed process. A workflow developed for one organization can become a starting point for others, while publication remains subject to platform review.

Certified consultants

Expertise when businesses need it

TQRFlow enables certified consultants to provide services to platform tenants.

Certified Consultants can also create templates for use by any tenant and receive compensation. Templates intended for public use require review and approval by TQRFlow’s security team before publication.

Consultants can help businesses identify suitable processes, select templates, adapt workflows, and introduce AI into their operations. Businesses can obtain specialist assistance without having to build a full internal AI team.

The platform provides the managed foundation; consultants help translate particular business requirements into useful workflows.

Tenants choose ready-to-use templates, customize, and use them internally. Certified Consultants can create templates for any tenant, receive compensation, and offer selection, customization, and deployment support. Shared templates require TQRFlow security review and approval before becoming available to all tenants.
